At Maison Labiche, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your order in its original condition.
Register Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and the reason for the return.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
