What are your delivery times and costs?
We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 2-5 business days for Europe and 5-10 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any items that do not suit you. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my embroidered garments?
To preserve the quality of our signature embroidery, we recommend washing your items inside out at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Avoid tumble drying and iron on the reverse side.

We take pride in our craftsmanship. Most of our collections are designed in Paris and manufactured in high-quality workshops in Portugal, ensuring ethical standards and premium finishing.
